  8. Seguimos removiendo y quitamos el fuego.
  9. Mientras se enfría, machacamos el aguacate y lo salpimentamos en un plato aparte, también metemos las tortitas de maíz en el microondas el tiempo que indique el envase.
  10. Ya queda solo montar el burrito, echamos un poco de la mezcla en el medio, echamos algo de aguacate y lo enrollamos. Riquísimo!!
