- Cuándo esté dorada se añade la pechuga cortada a tiras, con un pelín de sal. Cuando esté lista se añade el tomate rallado, la albahaca, la pimienta y se sofríe todo unos 5-7 minutos.
- Sacamos el calabacín y echamos por encima de las dos mitades la salsa de tomate de manera igualitaria.

- Preparamos la bechamel: cortamos la media cebolla y la sofreímos en una cucharada de AOVE con un pelín de sal. Cuándo esté lista añadimos la harina de maíz (maicena) y vamos incorporando la leche de almendras poco a poco removiendo constantemente (a más leche, más líquida, según nos guste). Poner la nuez moscada rallada. Para esta receta a mí me gusta más bien espesa, ya que el calabacín es bastante jugoso y queda muy líquido. Se vierte por encima de los calabacines


- Por último incorporamos el queso en polvo o el que os guste y lo metemos al micro unos 5 minutos para que el queso se dore.

- La receta está elaborada para personas que sean intolerantes al gluten y/o a la lactosa por eso lleva harina de maíz, leche vegetal y queso sin lactosa. Los que no tengáis ese problema la podéis hacer con harina de trigo, leche y queso. Aunque recomiendo que probéis la bechamel con elche de almendras, le da un toque a los platos especial 😉.
