  4. Ponemos en la sartén un poco de aceite y cocinamos la carne.Le puse sal,ajo en polvo y perejil.Cocinamos.
  5. Mientras,escurrimos los pimientos y los troceamos.Una vez lista la carne los añadimos.Le ponemos el tomate,mezclamos bien y retiramos del fuego.
  6. En el fondo de una fuente que podamos meter en el horno ponemos la carne.Cubrimos con el puré y espolvoreamos con el queso.
  7. Lo metemos en el horno a 200 grados con calor arriba y abajo.Lo tuve 5 minutos a media altura.Después lo puse solo gratinar otros 10.
