Este es el curry que utilizo yo (no pica como a mí me gustaría a pesar de ser medium heat, así que añadiría una guindilla).
  4. OPCIONAL: Depende de como te guste el curry, puedes añadir medio vaso de leche de coco o nata para cocinar, pero la versión japonesa de curry es más espesa, con lo que el agua sería lo más cercano a como lo hacen en Japón.
  5. Cuando esté todo integrado, lo servimos con el arroz y una pechuga de pollo (o cerdo) rebozado. El clásico curry japonés lo suelen servir con tonkatsu, que es cerdo rebozado, pero como es para ti, si prefieres pollo, pues pollo. Lo suelen cortar a tiras antes de servir para que te lo comas sin tener que cortarlo tu en el plato. ¡Espero que te guste!
