- Mientras se cocina el pollo con la cebolla y el ajo podemos ir cociendo el arroz basmati. Como es para 2 personas yo he echado la medida de 1 vaso de arroz con 2 de agua. Añadir un poco de sal.

- Cuando veamos que la cebolla ya está blandita añadimos un poco de tomate triturado. Mientras se acaba de sofreír añadimos un poco de las 3 especias.



- Después de unos minutos, añadimos una lata de leche de coco. Bajamos la intensidad del fuego y dejamos que hierva un poquito.

- Cuando haga chup chup añadimos un poco de jengibre rallado. Rectificamos de sal si fuera necesario.


- Dejamos que se cocine unos minutos y listo. Dejamos reposar un poco, tanto el arroz como el pollo. ¡Emplatamos!
