Partimos los hojaldres un poco más arriba de la mitad, la parte de abajo empujamos con los dedos el hojaldre con cuidado de no romperlo, es para que quede como una cazuelita y coja más ensalada, rellenamos con la ensalada y añadimos un poquito de huevas de lumpo, tapas con el hojaldre, pones un poco más de ensalada y adorna con la gamba y las huevas de lumpo
