Bajamos el fuego y añadimos los mejillones sin cáscara, los langostinos y los pimientos. Cocinamos a fuego medio durante ocho minutos más.
Decoramos con unos mejillones que habríamos dejado con la cáscara de abajo y con unos langostinos que habremos dejado sin pelar. - Apartamos la paella y la tapamos con un paño limpio y seco dejándola reposar durante 5 minutos.
