El otro día, hablaba con un amigo mío, de origen asiático, y me enseñó su receta, nada difícil y que no sepamos, pero me motivé para hacerlo, ya que la comida oriental me fascina!!! Así que le iré sacando recetas poco a poco !!! Hoy os enseño un pollo agridulce!! Me faltó el sésamo que me encanta, pero bueno a la próxima !!

  2. 100 gr pechugas de pollo
  3. 2 cucharadas soja
  4. 2 cucharadas vinagre de arroz
  5. Sal
  6. Pimienta

  11. 1/2 cebolla
  12. 1/2 zanahoria
  13. 1/2 vaso soja
  14. 1 vaso agua

  1. Bueno vamos a empezar con el adobo del pollo, mezclando en un recipiente todos los ingredientes, sal, pimienta, la soja, el vinagre de arroz si no tenéis no pasa nada, le podéis añadir vinagre de manzana, y el huevo, mezclamos bien y dejamos macerar mínimo 40 minutos.
  2. Mientras podemos preparar las verduras para la salsa, yo le he añadido, ajo, cebolla, pimiento y zanahoria. Reservamos.
  3. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo vamos a revisar el pollo, cerdo, o ternera, con una mezcla de harina de trigo y maicena. Rebozamos bien y lo añadimos en aceite bien caliente.
  4. En una sartén, preparamos las verduras, un toque, rápido y a fuego vivo, en Asia las verduras se cocinan muy poco tiempo dejándolo al dente. Salteamos, y añadimos, el vinagre, la soja, kétchup, y el agua. Lo dejamos hervir unos minutos.
  5. Para que espese, le he añadido en un vaso aparte, una cucharada de maicena, y un poco de agua, se lo añadimos, y seguidamente mezclamos la carne rebozada, y listo!!!!
