  1. Cogemos el pollo en un cuenco que no sea metálico frotamos el pollo con el zumo de medio limón y la sal lo tapamo y dejamo en el frigorífico 20 minuto

  3. Al otro día precalentamos el grill al máximo forramos la bandeja donde hemos metio en pollo con papel de aluminio dejamos unos 45 minutos ma o meno cuando pinchemos que salga el jugo claro lo sacamos y reservamos
  4. La salsa; ponemos 2 cucharadas de mantequiya en la sartén cuando se derrita echamo 1 diente de ajo grande muy picaito 1guindiya roja fresca despepitada y troceada 2 cucharadas de comino molio 2 cucharada de pimentón molio picante o dulce como guste media cucharadita de sal y pimienta
  5. Pa hacer la salsa tikka masala fundir a fuego medio la mantequiya en una sartén grande que tenga tapa y sofríe el ajo y la guindilla 1 minuto eche el comino el pimentón la sal y la pimienta al gusto y siga removiendo 30 segundos más
  6. Añada el tomate y la nata baje el fuego y cosa la salsa 10 minutos removiendo con frecuencia hasta que se haya reducido y espesado cuando este la salsa lista y el pollo echamos el pollo en la salsa de tomate lo removemos y que cueza a fuego lento de 3 a 5 minutos hasta que se caliente bien todo junto y coja sabor echarle cilantro fresco picao por arriba y listo acompañarlo de arroz basmati o jazmín.yo le puse poco cilantro picao porque no les gusta mucho el sabor a mi famili
