  2. 400 gramos Tomate Triturado
  3. 120 gramos Pechuga de Pollo
  4. 50 gramos Parmesano

  1. Ponemos agua (con 1 cucharada de sal) a hervir, y mientras cortamos la coliflor a trozos y la lavamos.
  2. Cortamos también la pechuga de pollo a taquitos.
  3. A parte mezclamos el orégano, el ajo granulado y 1/2 cucharadita de sal.
  4. Tiramos esta mezcla y 1/2 cucharada de aceite sobre la pechuga, y removemos bien dejándola toda cubierta.
  5. Sacaremos la coliflor del agua hirviendo cuando esté cocida, pero aún aguante su forma. Sino al final se hará todo una pasta😓 La dejamos reposar en un colador con papeles de cocina debajo para que suelte toda el agua posible.
  6. En una sartén honda a fuego lento, tiramos la pechuga.
  7. Cuando esté la pechuga cocinada a medias, tiramos el tomate y removemos bien.
  8. Bajamos a fuego lento y cubrimos la sartén con una tapa. Dejaremos que se reduzca al máximo el agua del tomate, y que pierda un poco su acidez. Yo creo que lo he tenido 15 minutos. Removemos de vez en cuando.
  9. En la misma sartén, apagaremos el fuego y tiraremos la coliflor. Removemos con mucho cuidado para que no se deshaga mucho.
  10. Cuando esté todo integrado lo pasamos a un recipiente apto para horno.
  11. Y cubrimos con el parmesano rallado.
  12. Lo ponemos en el horno, precalentado a 200°, durante 20 minutos. Y los últimos 5 ponemos el gratinador.
