- Rehoga el magro y el pollo. Incorpora el preparado de paella (judía ancha y el garrofó), déjalo cocinar el tiempo indicado en la bolsa. Normalmente 8 minutos.


- Rehoga todo y cuando la carne esté doradita aparta todo a un lado de la paella incorpora el arroz. Rehoga durante unos 3 minutos. Añade el colorante e integra bien.



- Añade el romero. Remueve todo para que se integre e incorpora el tomate frito. Rehoga otros 2 minutos.


- Añade el caldo bien caliente y con la cuchara reparte todo bien. Prueba de sal y si fuera necesario rectifica de sal. No toques el arroz durante 20 minutos a un fuego moderado. En los últimos 5 minutos incorpora las tiras de pimiento rojo.


- Aparta del fuego y deja reposar la paella, 10 minutos, tapada con un trapo limpio. ¡Que Aproveche!
