- Comenzamos picando la cebolla finita y con una gotita de aceite, vamos a empezar a sofreírla

- Cuando empiece a cambiar de color, añadimos los ajos y los pimientos picaditos. Salamos

- Cuando el pimiento empiece a ablandar, añadimos la Zanahoria y la calabaza y una vez comience a dorar un poco, el calabacín.
