- Con el pollo ya deshuesado, mezclar bien todos los ingredientes. Para saber si está bueno o le falta algo yo hago un poquito del relleno en una sartén para probarlo.😆
- Poner los huevos duros en medio del pollo y al rededor meter el relleno con cuidado de no romper el pollo.
- Cocer el pollo tanto por arriba como por abajo y atar el pollo.

- Hacer un caldo con un poco de vino blanco, aceite de oliva, pimentón y estragón, ponerselo por encima y meter al horno, con el fuego no muy fuerte durante 1h y media más o menos. Regar el pollo de vez en cuando con el caldo.
- Pinchar el pollo con un pincho por el centro y comprobar si está hecho.
- Después de un ratito tendreis un pollo apunto para comer.

- Lo podéis acompañar con unos pimientos fritos o unas patatas, eso ya a gusto.☺
