- Añadimos el vinagre de arroz,le damos unas vueltas y dejamos que se evapore. Echamos el caldo de pollo, las 2 cayenas, la pimienta,el jengibre y la soja y lo dejamos hervir unos 20 minutos
- Mientras esperamos cortamos la pechuga en daditos y por otro lado mezclamos la harina de maíz con el agua.
- Pasados los 20 minutos echamos la pechuga, hervir unos minutos y después echar la mezcla de la harina de maíz con el agua,remover y dejar que el caldo espese un poco
- Batir el huevo como para tortilla y añadirlo a la sopa sin dejar de remover. Servir muy caliente
