Desde pequeña no he tenido nunca devoción por la coliflor . Más bien tenía un recuerdo malo y no la he vuelto a comer en años . Sin embargo , vi esta opción de cocinarlo como arroz y quise quitarme la espinita . La cuestión era comerlo variando su sabor y que pareciese que comía algo diferente .

  4. Añadimos la coliflor picadita y el caldo. Si lo queréis más caldoso, echadle 300 ml pero si lo queréis más seco, echadle 250 y añadirle más al gusto
  5. Dejamos hervir durante 10-15 minutos y listo
  6. Yo lo acompañe con un poquito de queso curado por encima, pero quedaría genial con limón.
